These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SeniorProtect mobile application and email forwarding service ("Service") operated by ServiceVision ("we," "our," or "us").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using SeniorProtect, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SeniorProtect provides automated analysis of emails, text messages, and URLs to help identify potential scams and phishing attempts. The Service provides informational guidance only.

3. Important Disclaimers

• Not legal or financial advice: SeniorProtect provides scam detection guidance, not legal, financial, or professional advice. If you believe you are the victim of a crime, contact your local law enforcement or the FTC at reportfraud.ftc.gov.
• No guarantee of accuracy: While we strive for accuracy, no automated system can detect every scam or guarantee that a message is safe. Always use caution with unsolicited messages.
• Not a substitute for judgment: Our results are intended to assist your decision-making, not replace it.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to send spam or abuse the email forwarding feature
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with the Service
• Use automated tools to submit bulk checks beyond our rate limits
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity

5. Rate Limits

To ensure fair access, the Service enforces the following limits:

• In-app checks: 100 per hour, 500 per day per user
• Email forwarding: 10 per hour, 30 per day per email address
• Unauthenticated checks: 10 per hour

6. Account and Access

Some features require a free account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Core features (trusted sites browsing, email forwarding) are available without an account.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

8. Intellectual Property

The SeniorProtect name, logo, and application design are the property of ServiceVision. You may not use our branding without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ServiceVision shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service, including but not limited to losses resulting from reliance on scam detection results.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or abuse the Service.
